Just do your normal maintenance, nothing extra needed. You only have part of your corals reacting. If all were then you should do more.

It tends to be a death sentance the longer they are in the dip. Keep track of the corals and be prepared for more losses.
I don't think there is any issue with your placement. Just make sure you have enough flow to do as nowherefast stated.
It may be all you have guessed or they are just in a cycle of doing close and will open soon. I suggest staying with the new lighting schedule...
