Great looking tank, color is the main eye catcher unfortunately, I feel like I am nuts with the number of colonies in my tank compared to yours.
Sorry to hear
Try Valisneria
Small Halichoeres species wrasse would be fine, but they most likely will terrorizes small tube worms and small snails
Try Glass-Holes.com dope aquarium stuff, I think they are the best around.
I think it is because you can get very random flow using them, more so, IMO, than just by running a PH 24/7.
I like the wider tank for all of the reasons mentioned.
It might be getting bullied by the clowns and/or blenny.
I would say give it some time also. BTW what else do you have in the tank for fish?
Like the look of the rock work and the plumbing. Congrats on the fish and getting the skimmer working. I think the micro bubbles will abate as a...
If you have the space I suggest both specially with SPS coral. You might be able to use a HOB fuge on the DT and reactors in the sump.
That should work OK for your current plans. But I agree with Reeron. Get one ATI Blue Plus and one ATI Aquablue Special.
Great pics and animals, congrats
Looks good, it will be fun to see what you fill it out with.
Nice adds, as long as you are using carbon 24/7 and the flow does not come from the leather to the SPS you should be fine.
You are looking at a little over 1ml per hour which is 3600 seconds. You probably need to be at 1 drop every couple of minutes.
I have a doser set to add alk every 2 hours. At that amount you could simply slowly pour it in a high flow area of the sump.
Congrats on the new add and your clowns taking up residence. I have seen about that trick somewhere being pretty successful.
I have a controller that has a wavemaker control and I think it has helped my tank since my random flow now has random volume flow also.
Nice additions to the tank, i would love to have a huge tank or 3.
