The Tek is more than adequate for your needs. You would only need 175W MH bulbs for the tank anyway. I would rather use 216W than 608W any day.
I have a Koralia nano and the flow from my Fluval 405 on my 75. I would say no more than 10X the volume is good. But you could go higher I think.
