    Finally added plant life!

    That looks like a Ricordea yuma with an algae garden. You may want to remove the algae as it can keep the coral from growing and being healthy....

    That won't hurt at all. Acans don't need as much light as montis. I would keep the montis closer to the top of the rocks.

    I would say they are reacting to the light change. Reduce the light period in half and then add an hour back each week to help them acclimate.
