Some truly drool worthy animals.
Nothing wrong they can be used to hit dead zones. What size is your tank? That will help us give you a better suggestion. Also what is your coral...
LOL Mike, you should always read first then but not the other way around. I wish I could help. I am sure you will find someone to give you help....
Who made the retrofit and do you have a fan running to cool the label end of the bulbs?
You have a good start, I think no more than 3 for the PAR 38 LED will fine. They cover a 12"X12" area.
OK a little slow here but don't want you totally disillusioned. Look into the Rio HF line of pumps. A 12HF would be about where you are looking.
Definitely
CUC = clean up crew. You want nitrites to be o and nitrates to be below 10 for coral. Just give it time with what you have now. Buy dry base rock...
The T5 if it is HO will be doing more for the tank and its inhabitants. I would but the money on a 2 bulb T5HO retrofit if I were you.
Congrats, I wonder where the money went?::)
Major +1 on this
Congrats on getting started. Sounds like a good plan.
Firefish are known jumpers check behind the tank.
Thank you
Most likely, inverts have a difficult time with large changes in salinity.
Gorgeous Cheryl, congrats
21" depth 75, barely if you have a deep sand bed. I think 250W would be better. I would suggest getting T5HO because you only need 216W to 324W...
I would still use Koralias over a return pump. If you run too much water through the sump microbubbles from the skimmer will get into the tank....
Those are its polyps
I would wait until you have added some other fish first and built up the bacteria. The damsels are pretty aggressive and should be added later...
