What kind of coral are you looking to keep. For that amount you will only be able to keep softies and some LPS on the top of the rock.
Give the crew a hand by removing as much GHA as you can. It will make your coral happier too.
You could add a Halichoeres species wrasse or a 6 line wrasse along with having the percula pair.

I like the overflow cover. I would suggest switching from your hydrometer to a refractometer. Hydrometers become inconsistent as they get older....
