Pure actinic is visible but very faint when used in conjunction with white light. Great choice since you only have the MH on 4 hours.

That is a good sign. Some take several days to a couple of weeks before showing PE. I would leave it for a few weeks before deciding to move it.
You may have moved it too much. They don't like being moved and you should make it retract before moving it.
