    Tank looks great, I think that is a good idea with the fish taking it slow. Should allow you to react to parameter changes better.

    4 will work as long as you place the corals by their lighting needs. 6 is better and will allow you more latitude in your placement.

    That would be OK, getting some blue will balance the tank color and pop some of the fluorescing colors. Look into UVL brand bulbs or Current brand.
