Yes, they use the best reflector available and best ballasts. There cooling system is tops too.
A 6X39W T5 will work well and cover the width of the tank. A 4X39W will work but you will want to put light needing animals below the reflectors....
Thanks I have had the plant for almost two years now, it budded last year but couldn't get to the surface.
Here is a pic of my Barclaya sending out a bud. I hope it can make it to the surface and bloom.

ATI is your best bet, best fixture on the market. Buy ATI, GE, KZ, UVL or Geisemann bulbs and you will have no problems keeping what ever you wish.

The white dots look like spirorbid snails, safe to have. The second and third pics look like vermitid snails again safe.
I don't think they are bad. I have several the have come as hitchhikers on my coral and have not seen them take over anything.

Get a canister filter that pushes 2 to 4 times the tank volume.
Get an airstone if you use the pump. Most use circulation pumps to mix the water. I use a whisk then use the pump to get the water stable overnight...
Yeah it will, it will grow faster if it gets some food. Most likely will grow from the edges by division. May do so in the middle too.
Oh yeah, just tilt it back over, no problem.
