    Freshwater pH problems

    Remove the aeration bars for starters they are unneeded in planted tanks. That should help because it is gassing off the CO2 through surface...

    Not if you have individual reflectors. With individual reflectors THO are about 50% stronger than PC.

    Welcome to 3reef. I would run the refugium light opposite the DT lights to help keep your pH more steady.

    Chemi-pure/reactor question

    If you got just Chemi-Pure there is no GFO. You need the Chemi-Pure Elite to get the GFO which is a very small amount IME.
