    Single pump double returns?

    Rockwork looks good. If you go with corals like you had before then ylou lighting is sufficient and the flow you had before is too.

    That would be low. I would get a pump that returns no more than 10 times the volume of your sump at about 4 foot head. Then add circulation pumps...

    It will give you the shimmer, if you are looking at SPS corals and clams you will definitely need more, softies and LPS might be OK with one.
