    If you can just place the fans so they are lower than the bulbs. All is needed is to move air past the label end to cool the bulbs.

    Do you have individual reflectors for each bulb? If not the lighting will not penetrate very well.

    I think lux and lumens are more of intensity measures if I remember correctly. Also they are camera related.
