    You could keep a nem in your tank with the lights, but should have more daylight spectrum bulbs than blue.

    Get one rated for a 90 to 100 gallon tank. Skimmers are rated for lightly stocked tanks. You generally want one rated for about twice your systems...

    That or the 700gph. The flow of the return pump controls the flow through everything. Either should work fine.

    1) 10 gallons is sufficient with a properly sized skimmer. 2) & 3) Go to Glass-Holes.com dope aquarium stuff and look into their smallest overflow....
