Good plan, you will probably need to cut back the photo period on the MH when you change them out to prevent light shock to your inhabitants.

The actinic plus has about 2/3 the PAR of the blue plus.
Just make sure and change out bulbs every 6 months and buy the UVL brand bulbs. Do not buy actinic or 420nm light at all look for 460nm in your blue...
