The blue plus has about the highest PAR out there and a significant amount of actinic lighting to make your coral fluoresce.
That bulb will do no good. It has the wrong spectrum and very low intensity. You will need to go with power compact aquarium bulbs or T5HO.
I am at that point with the current tank, but when i stop buying coral and finish building the 75 I will be at it again. LOL::)

Anemones do there own thing, you never know what it will be. Don't try and force it to do anything. It sounds like it is happy where it is at.

The bending is a sign of a feeding deficiency most likely caused from the overcrowding. I would definitely look into increasing the number of tanks...
