    Fantastic looking tank. You will want about 20X DT volume for a softy/LPS tank and 30X+ for SPS.

    do blue zoas really "look" blue under PC?

    They will show their color just fine. Sometimes the colors don't exactly match due to the bulbs, but if they are blue they will be blue under PC.

    Ceriths definitely no, I don't think hermits are ever an issue with algae other than hair algae. Who wants that in their tank anyway.

    Look up iodine dip and follow the directions for both corals. Should help stop the decline. Welcome to 3reef.
