LED's spectrum is too narrow to be much help in a tank. I have read where corals actually decline under LED lighting. I would stay with PC lighting...

No corals with that selection. The butterflys and angels will pick on most corals and the puffer will decimate any coral.
That is an advertising thing, some 14K bulbs are blue and some are yellow and so on. Try to match brands.
Time depends on how much your water temp varies from the systems ideal. In the winter it might take 2.5 hours. Should be a good unit.
