You will do well to change to higher quality bulbs after 3 to 6 months. ATI, Geisemann or UVL brands seem to be the best.
Glue to rock or epoxy into a hole. I think i read when it gets larger you will see an opportunity to split and put in another tank.
Fish add a lot to the bio load of a tank. 5 is a big change to the bio load. It should be very quick, but you should test just to be safe.

Lionfish have poisonous spines.
They grow off of rocks in the wild. They have holdfasts designed for rocks.
It really depends on what you want. If you don't know but want to be able to get anything you want then replace the actinics in 6 months with ATI...
I don't know what their growth rate is but if it gets to 15 inches you may be looking at 6 months or less. Plan is good, might wait longer after...
