    Keep the sand in the bag, place on bottom and gently and slowly empty the bag. This should keep the sand from blowing around as much.

    Mix water in buckets if possible and get your gravity correct first. Most mixes give directions to give a SG of 1.021. If not mix in the tank...

    Don't get a sixline wrasse with your leopard, it will be ugly. +1 on the royal gramma, they are a great size for your tank.

    Highly unlikely, usually takes closer to 4 weeks. Put a cocktail shrimp in your tank that will start your cycle.

    Help with loud pump

    Make sure the pump and plumbing is not touching the sump walls. Try putting a mouse pad underneath the pump also. Try to purge any air.
