    4X54 watt is the T5 will work if you keep light requiring organisms up high. 6x54 watt would allow you to keep what you want after the tank settles....

    If you have a piece of rock with algae on it put that in with the tang, might get it to start eating. Don't know about the butterfly fish they are...
