    Yep, I do it no problem. They just float around until they attach to something. Or you can attach them to pieces of rubble or plugs with fishing line...

    Collonista snail are harmless. If you have a sump remove all the obvious possible culprits like the asternia, peppermint and place them there.

    My asternia ate my zoanthids, this I know because I saw them do it on more than one occasion, wiped out my entire colony over a 6 month period.
