    IMO no just treat like diatoms and wait. To treat dino it should be a full 4 day complete blackout otherwise you are just wasting your time IME.

    Ideal range is considered to be roughly 350-450, some even keep it at 500 so you are ok. If you want to wait just to be cautious then you should.
