the jbj chillers are very good very quite and low energy consumption I use the artic titanium on my tanks and they are very easy to clean
Sounds kinda small for a sump on a 65 gal display tank it may be prone to overflow in a power outage
My chiller has come on several times in recent weeks, late after the halides have shut down

I have one of their chillers. it works well and is VERY quite
go for it!!! Start slow. don't put them on for 9 hrs/day. Start with 4 hrs/day
