    Heres my filter sock after 3 days in the tank... Just dry rock and dry sand (not live), and just a cup of live sand. Lot of stuff! its a lot more...

    Is it safe to run a 150 watt MH bulb with 2 t5 14 watt actinics in a 175 watt ballast? will it affect anything? the penant originally came with a 150...

    Ya i hear ya. Theres just a huge sale on this site and the ballasts went down from $140 to $84 and the bulbs went down $20 so i figured nows the time.
