    what do you do with extra chaetto and caulerpa

    chaetto is'nt caulerpa and theres no bands on it as far as i know.i asked the people at S.C.A.T.T. i about died when i saw their name lol.anyway...

    what do you do with extra chaetto and caulerpa

    ok every month i take out half of my chaetto and throw it away.it seems like such a waste but i figure its to much to ship it anywhere and the lfs...

    what do you think live rock is made of?mostly reef building stoney corals,lps,sps,dead and then more grow on top until you have a rock made of coral...

    don't be afraid to use some tuffa and dead reef rock.you can use the live rock to seed it and it will all look and function the same a yr from...

    i'm very happy with my tunze $60 and my seio $35 but the tunze is the better and more compact.

    Do I really need the AquaClear 110 ?

    yes,i'd keep it.i had a prizm skimmer and a aquaclear 110 just on a 29 gallon tank and i always found lots of junk in the filter at cleaning time.

    ok but most of my lr has clams tunicates,squirts,scalops and such living all through it.if i did that to my rock it would just be lr full of dead...

    T5 light wattage

    you can overdrive t5 bulbs even higher with an icecap ballast.i'm not sure wich size bulbs you can overdrive other than 48 inch but its worth looking...
