Well if its a very small peice of rock crazy glue can do the trick (for rock to rock). Marc.
I would recommend rock to rock. Cutting the coral will cause more stress to it and it could get infected with an open wound. There is some reef...
Take the coral out, or if you can just the part that you want to apply the glue to. I take some scott towel and dry it off a little just to remove...
You can buy some fancy coral glue at most LFS. Or do like most of us and use plain old carzy glue, it does the trick. Marc.
