    Definitely go with 250w MH, the 175 aren't really any better then 150w as far as PAR goes, and as mentioned, you will be restricted as far as bulb...

    The best T5 fixture to get IMO would be an ATI power module. As far as PC goes, you can use them, but IMO, they are far from ideal for reef tanks....
