    Yea... I usually acclimate my fish for 1-2 hours I dont think 15mins gave him enough time to adjust to the parameters of your tank

    Could be several Issues Did you acclimate him correctly? If not he will deffinitly have a HUGE stress problem. Maybe he was sick when you bought?...
