    i use the crystals also grinder. i keep mine at .025 , and ive found 16oz in 5 gals gets me there. so for you at .024 14oz's prob. hope it helps...

    theres 16 cups in a gallon. so if you do 2 cups of water , 5 drops of lugols is the right number.
