IMO, 2 more 750's would be plenty. You could have two on the side walls on opposite sides and two on the back wall aimed slightly up and forward....

Of the skimmers you pointed out, I would go with the Octopus. Have to mention Bubble Magus though. I have had mine for about a year and love it....
