Nice growth, Idk i its just me but the mushrooms look like they could with a bit more light.
I would try fragging SPS if it were me, get something like poccillapora or birdsnest, one of the fastest growing corals under good conditions.

depends on your lights, my maxima opens up more when its higher up though.
Looks good, its a tear drop maxima (incase you didnt know :P) and i dont see any signs of PMD
