    Yeah I love flames. They add a lot of color and are pretty easy to keep. Can't go wrong there. They can nip at certain corals though, I believe...

    One word = NO. Please do a search and you will find all the information you need on these lights. I recommend a couple PAR 30 bulbs for that tank.

    It says you can get 40, 60, or 80 degree optics. You most definitely will need at least 60 degree optics for a 30 inch tall tank if you want to grow...
