These nudis are very slow moving and stay still when you pipette them, if you put them in a container with some tank water and give them a few mins...
Looks like Halichondria bowerbanki or a similar species. Key IDs for this species; tassel growth and cream colour.
It's definitely not a scypha sponge AKA pineapple sponge.
