    first off... is your tube in the stand? try just blocking light from entering the underside of the stand

    do you have a fuge?... IMO you could try wrapping the tube in electical tape to block out any light so the algae will just die off and not grow back

    500 days Old... New Pics!

    With such a low water volume, be careful with a cowfish. If they die, the toxins they release can nuke a tank. Looks awesome though!!!

    C.U.C. Suggestion

    my dwarf ceriths only come out when the lights are off.. and when the lights turn on they fall off the glass and hide. i think thats pretty generic...
