you mean smaller? ahaha
did you rip a leather coral off of that rock? when i did to one of mine, little sprouts of what was left behind popped up
wow! im sold. time to go panhandle on the corner
dont ever be embarrassed to ask anything here! i ask some of the dumbest questions here haha
IMO check marcorocks.com or reefcleaners.org for some base rock. they sell some sexy stones haha. with my canister i basically set it up as a reactor...
excited to see this thing progress! nice!
Yeah, I guess it could have been worse. Now I get a new aquascape and a wrasse though haha.
trust me on this... i was 99.999999 percent sure an earthquake couldnt topple any of my rocks. i blame it on one of my mantis shrimps arranging things
thats what im planning on if i get another
thanks so much for the sympathy guys... i dont think i am going to get another ray though because if i have a ray i cant have a wrasse. but oh did i...
I came home today to see that my baby sting ray, best know as Ray Charles, had been crushed by a fallen rock. :( I thought my aquascape was secure...
im too afraid to get a leopard wrasse because of its eating habits
i respectfully disagree. when properly placed with correct tank conditions, most corals can be kept under T5 HO. i keep montis, clams, birdsnest,...
actually on second thought that doesnt really look like a hammer. i never really looked at it i just read what that other person said. it does look...
be careful with the hammer (also called anchor)... some people are allergic to them and they can pack a punch... just a heads up!! great tank!! :D
oh okay... then i stick with encrusting monti minus the polyps ;) :D haha
after fragging, send to patrick scott, alamo CA 94507 :D
i wonder if maybe its just some sort of ugly chalice???
without the polyp remark it looks like an encrusting monti
congrats! looking forward to pics
