Had 14 on my zoas a few months ago, finally got rid of them all, remove as many as you can and keep an eye on it, just in case there are any more.
Yep definitely a nudibranch, get rid ASAP. It will be feeding on your corals, can be removed with a plastic pipette or tweasers.

You could probably keep this jellyfish with other types of jellyfish in a kreisel set up

I agree with horkn. The flame fin and the koles tangs are two of the smallest tangs.
Do you have any corals in your tank? Some fish tends to be more active during dusk and dawn.
