Looks more like a ponape. They aren't the most colorful to begin with. That one actually looks pretty colorful to me.
The benefit of the sheeting is also the downfall- easy to remove.
Yeah, I may consider that before painting. Not sure what the cost would be, but it may look a little cleaner.
I agree with Mike. Should grow quickly too.
Yeah, I concur. I wonder if tinting would look better?
I think it will look nice if done cleanly. To me, this look takes away some value. Plus, if you don't like it, latex paint is easy to remove. [IMG]
Sounds good and I agree. Do you think you will paint a couple inch strip on the one side to hide the plumbing?
I finally got an aqualifter for my float switch. The gravity fed system simply didn't work. My tank had more evaporation per day than the container I...
I did for a bit. I used grape caulerpa and it grew. I tried a mermaid fan in the tank, but it died. The box fell apart after a bit as I didn't let...
I can attest to this.
So the one side will be against a wall? So a semi-corner tank?
How's it doing?
I'm about to do the something in my canopy. Since I can't keep my halides on for 12 hours a day like I did my t-5s or my LEDs (7-8 max), I'm looking...
I'd argue that halides provide the best growth spectrum (granted, not all are equal) of anything currently available to reefers. They just get too...
I'm using a 75 GPH powerhead that I actually have turned down. My media boils slightly at the surface. Granted, I have very little tubing and very...
Need a deeper tank, John ;)
I guess my biggest concern is if the Skimmer, which is working great by the way (Thanks! Again), is skimming it up before the coral absorb it....
The crossed arms and crooked head is the perfect expression for this photo.
Thanks
I would be more concerned with fish (oxygen) than the coral.
