I have not tried these diamond bits but you can get them from BRS for $5 or $6 a piece and they'll work for 3 or 4 holes. I would recommend these!!

A skimmer actually isn't a MUST. It is just very strongly recommended and is very difficult to maintain pristine water quality without a skimmer....

Nevermind...I see that they feed on Linckia & Fromia sp. species along with a few species of urchins.
