So do I... That stuff is toxic as far as I know (ABS) Just because we can't see problems doesn't mean the fish/coral like what they have to...
Good plan on the RODI! However, I bought one 3 months ago..still haven't hooked it up...lol! Leave it to the plumbers son to not want to plumb.
My bad on the rusty angel, been a few years since I have seen or head of one.
Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene is used in plumbing for waste pipe only...why do people use it in their reef tanks? It's not suitable for potable...
Glue it, I have ran those things for years, I use Christy's Red Hot Glue but cyanoacrylate will work too.
I need to learn how to do this as well. Nice tank so far.
I always pipe up on problems. It's our responsibility. I'm just not afraid of sales people. I agree on not getting water there w/o tds meter.
Happy looking fish. Coral Beauty looks a little dull, maybe the lighting though?
Like she said, "Once you go with a Magnum, you never go back!"
Good enuf then. Your avatar cracked me up! Tell me you've seen that movie.
If not enough for SPS, I'm not interested. Nice stand design though!
That's a big shrimp from the looks of it/
I would say mid tank rather then the corner behind the rock.
MJ are good as well. I only have 1200 or smaller for personal experience.
You will be sorry with a 40 IMO. Windows grow algae no matter what. As far as your glass, the new snails will help, but you will still see algae on...
You could move that shrimp to a higher flow area so speed things up...
Mags are good pumps. I love my mag7. Quite and very strong.
184 snails! That's more then a few!
I just ordered the 50g quick crew, some mangroves and a mixture of algae from John. This is to supplement all the snails picked off by tank life...
Nice cbs tv spot!
