    5 min/hr isn't going to keep the RO/DI from having constant start stop cycles. I have mine set at 1 hr/24 hrs. It'll run for (usually) about 30...

    I use that exact thing. I have it plugged into a timer I bought at Walgreens so it, at most, will let the RO/DI unit pump water into the reservoir 1...
