I wouldn't get in a rush about the cycle. Rushing tends to bring problems later. Give the bacteria the proper time to develop so you don't struggle...
I like my Vanuatu. Great shapes, very porous and light. I wouldn't recommend starting a cycle with fish.

Chances of them hatching are extremely low.
Looks like diatoms. Normal in a new tank & will go away on its own. Don't sweat 10 nitrates. Ours usually runs 40 and we have no algae at all.

What kind of anemone? Unless it's a maxi mini, a 7 gallon tank isn't going to be any better for it. Or a fish.
