i would return the anemone and buy a larger one. that clown sounds way too big and will eventually love that anemone to death.

liveaquaria has the minimum tank size as 50 gal. You will need a lid because they will jump and a sand bed because they sleep and hide in the sand....

i'm not sure about the faded heads but that seems like fast growth for acans. you aren't shooting them up with steroids are you? :)
i think the blue legs stay pretty small. i have had mine for about a year and haven't seen a lot of growth.
i'm sure that it will. it looks like it should be big enough to handle the clowns. usually it is the smaller ones that struggle.
