ok. i have s spot for it right in front! it has sand and rock with holes, pretty big. hopefully when i get it, it will stay there.
same thing happened to me. it only took a week for it to go completely white. some type of tissue necrosis i suspect.

if it looks fine otherwise it could have been pooping, if you have fed it squid then its poop will be white.
its right under my MH i see some growth but not amazing (im not using a very good salt) so ill just leave it there then.
