    Lol sorry i should have read more closely, but i have been informed that mostly only tanks that are taller then 37" need optics with these fixtures.

    They will pop clear for a while just give them a little more time I pull lots of nasty stuff out of mine with it set like that.

    From just a little bit of research that i have done on the fixtures you will need 2 for a 48" long tank so not the best but still good.
