    I would have to agree with Matt. I think there are a lot of other (cheaper) options out there for a fowler tank.

    There a number of options, i think most would opt for a large sump with good/large skimmer, a large section for a refugium, and having the tank...

    Prime is the name of the brand. its in a red bottle and says prime right on the front. I keep a bottle of this on hand just in case.
