I wouldn't even get the Chromis honestly. If you plan on having SPS, then I would make sure that isn't a Yellow Clown Goby. They can nip at SPS.

Yes you will. I have read that whole thread lol. A lot of good info in there. Some it is way over my head though.
A lot of times they hitchhike with macro algae such as cheato. You might even be able to get some from a local reefer or LFS by getting a cup or so...
