I added new sand and very mature rock to my 14g and there was no visible cycle in the tank with test and no algae outbreaks..But who knows. \

I fed my frogspawn twice a week and it grew in to one tiny head into 2 heads in about a month. Frogspawns,torches,hammers..Mostly the same coral type...
