how long have the clowns been in your tank and how were they acclimated to it? if not done properly this could have thrown them way out of whack.
from what ive seen, its to each own preference in regards whether too blue. i know some like the bluer look, while others like the more "white" look....

how many gallons? imo you need at minimum 75 to have a tang , which it will prob still outgrow. my flame angel picks at the lr and glass alot. nice...
