I disagree. I think the heads that look bad are actually in too much light... my frogspawn prefers shade. I think you have either too much light...
is your temp, pH and SG ultra stable? Fluctuations in these cause havoc w/these worms IME.
Also, on the bright side, at least this allowed you to get more of your equipment before cycle was over (like your new lights!)
