    +1, good idea to use this to cut PVC when you have such a tight area. Steel cable works as well.

    You could also just get one that hooks up to the faucet, and remove it when you aren't using it. It's not like they have to be permanently installed...

    BTW, I may as well mention that the "UVL Actinic White" bulbs aren't white, or actinic, at all. They're a pinkish hue.

    ATI Aquablue Special, ATI Blue Plus, and UVL 454 (listed as URI 454 on your site) are my favorites from what I've seen.

    Nitrates and phosphates. You need to have a plan to get rid of those nutrients as the algae die off and release them into the water.

    I don't know what the waste/flow restrictor valve is. What I can tell you is that to flush a RO membrane, you need to have much higher than normal...

    I would guess it's solids stuck in the RO membrane, if it's never been flushed.
